• Riders must wear appropriate safety gear, while riding.
• Riders must adhere to the instructions provided by the riding instructor or guide at all times.
• Riders must disclose any medical conditions or concerns that might affect their ability to ride safely.
• Riders are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others around them.
• Riders must treat the horses with respect and follow guidelines for their care and handling.
• The riding facility is not Liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during horse riding sessions, except where it results from the negligence of the facility or its staff.
• Riders agree to indemnify and hold harmless the riding facility from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in horse riding activities.
• Any rider under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to ride.
• The riding facility reserves the right to terminate the services provided to any rider who breaches these terms and conditions or poses a risk to themselves, others, or the horses.
• The riding facility reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with notice to all riders.
• By participating in horse riding activities at this facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1.1. Once the booking payment is made, it is non-refundable

2.1. In the event of inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms) that poses a safety risk, the horse riding academy reserves the right to cancel sessions.

2.2. If the academy cancels a session due to weather conditions, Rider will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

3.1. If a rider fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice or valid reason, no refund will be issued.

By engaging in bookings and payments for horse riding sessions at our academy, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this refund policy.
